We can offer a choice of accommodation suitable for couples, families and small groups. Our ground floor Rose Apartment is suitable for people with walking difficulties.
The apartments:- Rose, Wisteria, Honeysuckle and Bridge View overlook the tranquil river Aller and together with Stable Cottage are arranged around a pretty courtyard, all enjoying stunning views over the surrounding countryside.
Rose, Wisteria and Honeysuckle apartments are suitable for 2/3 persons, for larger parties Stable cottage will sleep up to 5 and Bridge View up to 6. Bridge View can also be used in conjunction with Honeysuckle to accommodate up to a party of 8.
Electricity for your over head lights and fridge is within the hire charge, the first £5 of other use is complementary (per stay), additional consumption is charged at the standard rate by means of a £1 slot meter
Our laundry room provides washing and drying facilities, an iron and ironing board is also available along with an outside clothes line.
The pretty courtyard offers seating and tables for your use and there is a large walled garden with barbecue.
We also have outbuildings which provide safe secure storage for mountain bikes, outdoor pursuit equipment etc.
There is secure private parking available for guests. For our four legged friends a exercise area.
Pets are welcome at a small charge of £15 for each pet. Our smaller apartments, Rose, Wisteria & Honeysuckle are only suitable for one small pet, however, more than one pet can be accommodated in Stable cottage or Bridge View by arrangement please.
Each accommodation is self-contained, well equipped with fridge, electric cooker, microwave, DVD player, TV and furnished to a high standard. The comfortable beds are made up with good quality bed linen. Towels are not provided but can be hired at £3 per set. Free Wi FI in all our accommodation.
Cots and high chairs are available on request, however, cot linen is not provided.
All accommodation is centrally heated according to season and when it is considered necessary, this is included in the hire charge. Alternative heating is available though out the year via electric fire and portable heaters supplied in each accommodation.
